Chris Tan, Founder and Director
Chris Tan is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in renewable energy and international business. Holding a Diploma in Renewable Energy and a Degree in International Business from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Chris has honed his expertise in both the technical and business aspects of the energy industry.
Kicking off his career journey, Chris joined PERSOL, one of Japan's largest recruitment firms, where he gained invaluable experience in talent acquisition and management. Eager to delve deeper into the renewable energy sector, he transitioned to LVI Associates, where he focused on recruiting top talent for the renewable energy market in Japan. Chris quickly climbed the ranks, eventually assuming the role of manager, leading his team to expand the company's presence into new markets such as Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Chris made a strategic move to Levin, a tech-focused firm, where he represented various brands in the JAPAC market. With his expertise in renewable energy, Chris played a pivotal role in expanding the company's network into emerging sectors such as electric vehicles (EV), drones, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and energy tech markets.
Driven by his love and passion for renewable energy, Chris found himself back in the sector he is most passionate about. Currently, he is fully immersed in the renewable energy landscape, leveraging his experience and skills to contribute to the industry's growth and innovation.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys basketball and the occasional poker session, showcasing his strategic thinking and competitive spirit in a different arena.

With over a decade of experience in agency-side recruitment, Tom has successfully built teams in niche disciplines across North America, Europe and Asia. His expertise spans from supporting startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them find top-tier talent to drive their businesses forward. Throughout his career, Tom has held key leadership positions, including team lead, brand head, and country manager, within various successful recruitment businesses and brands.
Known for his ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, Tom has established himself as a trusted recruitment partner, particularly within specialized industries. His extensive experience covers a wide range of sectors, with a strong focus on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Today, Tom leverages his deep industry knowledge to support the AEC & Energy sectors across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. By connecting innovative companies with talented professionals, he provides tailored recruitment solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each client. His approach is driven by a commitment to helping businesses thrive through the power of exceptional talent.
